Products and Description

However:

- Hand-painted and custom items may slightly vary as each piece is individually made

- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice
- Bushirts reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time
Orders
By placing an order, you agree that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- Bushirts reserves the right to accept or reject any order
- Orders may be cancelled due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)
For bank transfers, order processing begins after payment confirmation.
We do not accept:
- Credit/Debit card payments
- Online wallet payments (unless added later)
Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery time varies depending on location within Pakistan
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to courier services, weather, or unforeseen issues
- Bushirts is not responsible for courier delays once order is dispatched
Custom & Hand-Painted Orders
For custom-made and hand-painted products:
- Orders are made according to customer-provided measurements and instructions
- Customers are fully responsible for providing correct measurements
- Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not allowed
- Custom and hand-painted items may slightly differ from reference images due to handmade nature
No Refund Policy
Bushirts maintains a strict No Cash Refund Policy.
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Return & Replacement Policy
- Replacement is only offered if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Proper photo/video evidence is required for verification

- Change of mind
- Size issues due to incorrect measurements provided by customer
- Product not liking or personal preference
- Custom or hand-painted items
Intellectual Property
All content on Bushirts, including:

- Product designs
- Images

is the property of Bushirts and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Bushirts is not responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by third-party courier companies
- Incorrect information provided by customers
- Minor variations in product appearance
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products
