Cancellation Policy

 

At bushirts.pk, we value our customers and aim to process orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their order only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders that are already with the courier service cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

How to Request Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact our support team with your order details:

Kindly mention your order number and full name for quick processing.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • If a customer refuses to accept multiple COD orders without valid reason, bushirts.pk reserves the right to restrict COD service for that customer in future.

Bank Transfer Orders

  • If payment has already been received via bank transfer and the order is cancelled before dispatch, a refund will be processed.
  • Refunds for bank transfer payments will be issued within 5–10 working days to the same bank account or preferred method after verification.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:

  • Order has been shipped or handed over to courier
  • Order is out for delivery
  • Special / custom-made items (if applicable in future)

In such cases, customers may follow our Return & Exchange Policy.

Order Cancellation by Company

bushirts.pk reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspicious, fake, or incomplete orders

If payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
