Replacement Request Period

Replacement Eligibility

No Cash Refunds
Bushirts does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
If a replacement request is approved, the customer may exchange the eligible item for another available product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
Non-Replaceable & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged:
- Customized products made according to customer measurements.
- Hand-painted products.
- Personalized or specially made orders.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
