Replacement Request Period

Replacement Eligibility

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue are provided for verification.

No Cash Refunds

Bushirts does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

If a replacement request is approved, the customer may exchange the eligible item for another available product of equal value, subject to stock availability.

Non-Replaceable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged:

  • Customized products made according to customer measurements.
  • Hand-painted products.
  • Personalized or specially made orders.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
