Shipping Coverage

Bushirts currently delivers all over Pakistan through reliable third-party courier services.

We aim to provide nationwide coverage, including major cities and remote areas, subject to courier availability.

Order Processing Time

  • Standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days
  • Custom and hand-painted orders may require additional time depending on design complexity
  • Orders are only processed after payment confirmation (for Bank Transfer orders)

Processing time does not include delivery time.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other Cities / Rural Areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation
  • In some cases, free shipping promotions may be offered
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include additional courier charges depending on location

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details (if available from courier service) will be shared via:

  • SMS
  • WhatsApp
  • Email (if provided)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders are delivered directly to your address
  • Customers are required to pay the full amount upon delivery
  • Refusal of COD orders may result in restriction on future orders

Bank Transfer Orders

  • Orders placed via bank transfer are processed after payment verification
  • Customers must share proof of payment for faster confirmation
  • Dispatch is initiated only after successful verification

Delays in Delivery

Bushirts is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Strikes or transportation issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer

We always work with courier partners to ensure timely delivery.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Bushirts will not be responsible for:

  • Delayed delivery
  • Lost parcels
  • Failed delivery attempts

due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If courier attempts delivery multiple times and the parcel is not received:

  • The order may be returned to us
  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • COD restrictions may be applied for future orders

Custom & Hand-Painted Orders

Custom-made and hand-painted items require additional production time.

  • These orders are shipped once fully completed
  • Estimated delivery time may be longer than standard products
  • Customers will be informed in case of delays
